We are currently recruiting for an experienced Content Creator to join the busy team in Head Office

Location – Head Office, Royal Avenue, Belfast  

Contract – Permanent, part time, 16 hours per week, 2 days (choosing between Mon, Tue, Thurs)

Salary – £24,000 – £26,000 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience)


Joining a team of 3 in the busy Marketing Department in Head Office, if successful, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content for use on Argento’s social media channels.


  • Create highly engaging user-generated video content to increase awareness, engagement and growth of the brand
  • Become one of the main faces of Argento across all of our social platforms
  • Write creative and engaging copy for posts and campaigns
  • Engaging with followers and building relationships
  • Create and maintain a consistent content strategy
  • Be on top of the latest trends across socials (with particular interest in TikTok, Instagram) to create high performing cross-platform content
  • Be efficient in producing and editing video content
  • Ensure content is optimised to generate sales conversions and ROI
  • Have understanding of TikTok and Instagram’s ecosystems and algorithms – i.e., functionalities, guidelines, platform updates
  • Keep up to date with industry news and trends
  • Provide weekly reports of social growth

Essential Criteria  

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and content creation
  • Passion for all things social media and keeping on top of the latest trends
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and having a great on-camera presence
  • Ability to develop the voice of the business, that is both distinctive and engaging
  • Strong awareness of digital trends, with a willingness to innovate, and the ability to generate new ideas
  • Must have experience in growing online communities using social media and other platforms, through the use of UGC
  • Creative and innovative approach to content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear and captivating
  • Self-confident, reliable, motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, working independently and as part of a team
